Are you an experienced Inter Facilities Transfer Agent ready for your next career-defining opportunity?

We are building a talent pool for an exciting new Inter Failities Transfer Agent opportunity anticipated to commence in January 2027. While the role is not immediately available, we are seeking exceptional leaders who would like to be considered early for this exciting venture and future growth journey.

To receive, log and coordinate transfers from one place to another. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Coordinate inter-facility transfer process

Provide basic contact centre administration

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION: BAA/ Level 3 first aid

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-year experience as a Contact Centre Agent or ERO

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 1-year experience in an Inter Facility Department,
Hospital Administration or Medical Scheme

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge and application of Emergency Care
  • Knowledge of Funder Scheme rules
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Telephonic and email etiquette
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Assistance/EMS environment
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and competence in the CAD system
