MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To deliver world-class service to all Mediclinic patients, clinicians and general callers by supporting and fully resolving their queries through various channels, primarily over the telephone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Servicing all key stakeholders telephonically and via other servicing channels as required until the query has been resolved
Personal Effectiveness
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: A post-matric 1-year certificate qualification (NQF level 5) in Contact Centre.
DESIRED EDUCATION: Related National Diploma (NQF level 6) in one of the Call Centre or Customer Service
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years in an omnichannel Customer Service Contact Centre environment.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years in an omnichannel Customer Service Contact Centre environment.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Analysing

- Excellent administration skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- MS Office and PC literate
- Presenting and communicating information
- Writing and reporting
