MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The purpose of the role is to ensure that Vodacom resolves queries and requests received from our customers using South African Sign Language. We require deaf, hard of hearing or hearing persons (may be non-accredited South African Sign Language interpreters) to address queries and communicate to these customers using South African Sign Language. You are required to interact with hearing persons from other business units within the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Servicing all key stakeholders telephonically and via other service channels such as, video calling, chat and SMS as required until the query has been resolved

REQUIRED EDUCATION
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Matric/ Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION:
- NQF5 Certificate in Contact Centre/ Customer Service/ Management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience using South African Sign Language
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years’ experience in an omnichannel Customer Service Contact Centre environment
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
