MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To guide, monitor and manage the overall patient and client journey and drive set sales and marketing targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To drive the client journey and overall patient experience in the clinic through effective service delivery and patient registration and billing processes

To deliver professional patient reception and registration services, including the resolution of patient queries

To manage the product retail processes in line with company standards

To drive relevant sales targets in line with overall targets set through the effective use of sales and marketing principles

Provide general support and assistance with the development of marketing collateral for social media channels

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Relevant degree or diploma in the field of medical science or marketing will be an advantage

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years’ healthcare experience of which at least 1 year included experience in aesthetics

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Computer literacy (MS Office package)
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic Financial skills
  • Healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes
  • Client service and related management principles
  • Basic medical terminology
  • Knowledge of the UAE aesthetic market
  • Sound knowledge of aesthetic medicine devices
