MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
As a Reward / Remuneration & Job Evaluation Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Group's remuneration structure is equitable, competitive, and aligned with industry benchmarks. Also responsible for global mobility, leading the administration of global employment, international assignments and relocation in the countries in which Mediclinic operates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Job Evaluation:
- Conducts job evaluations to determine the relative value of different roles within the Group
- Ensures HR understands how and when jobs are evaluated, and the expectations of job profile quality
- Identifies grading anomalies within the Group
- Assigns appropriate salary linked to the grades or bands of different roles within the Group
Market Research:
- Gathers market data and benchmarks salaries against industry standards and competitors
- Researches compensation trends, benefits packages, and salary surveys to ensure the Group’s pay structure remains competitive and attractive to current and potential employees
Compensation Analysis:
- Using the data collected from job evaluations and market research, conducts analysis and evaluates the Group’s current remuneration system
- Identifies areas where pay may be inequitable, and recommends adjustments to ensure fairness
Salary Survey:
- Benchmarks salaries, ensuring accurate matching of jobs to comparator roles
- Populates salary survey data and coordinates the submission to the appropriate remuneration hous
- Completes job audits and resolves queries from survey houses
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Three year Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
DESIRED EDUCATION:
GRP Certification, Job Evaluation Accredited (Paterson)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Relevant experience
German (written & spoken) is desirable and advantageous (not essential)
DESIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3-5 Years relevant experience
