To provide administration, project/program, and data-related support to Occupational Health and Wellness unit.


Provide general administrative support for Occupational Health and Wellness

Provide administrative assistance and support for vaccination initiatives

Collect, analyse and monitor data quality for Occupational Health and Wellness for Human Resources department

Prepare and report on Occupational Health and Wellness data and information

Build and maintain client and stakeholder relations within HR environment

Assist in project planning and implementation of Occupational Health and Wellness initiatives and projects

Assist in General HR Operations administration support


ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: A relevant tertiary qualification

DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety


ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in an administrative role;1-year experience in data analysis and interpretation 1-year experience in project/program Administration

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience within an administrative role within an Occupational Health and wellness environment


Ability to adapt to on demand requests
Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Microsoft Office suites (MS Office, Word and Excel)
Proven experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
SharePoint system
Project and program Administration skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Data analysis and interpretation
