MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Business Development and Center of Excellence Manager is responsible for identifying, establishing, and advancing Centres of Excellence (CoEs) that drive strategic growth, enhance clinical quality, and expand the organization’s market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Identify and prioritize potential Centres of Excellence and future service lines that align with organizational strategy, conducting research and feasibility studies to inform robust business cases.
- Advise on international accreditation standards and best practices, ensuring each Center of Excellence meets or exceeds quality, compliance, and benchmarking criteria.
- Collaborate with quality and data management teams to establish performance metrics, analyse outcomes, and implement improvement initiatives that drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to guide the development, management, and optimization of Centres of Excellence and other key business initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of approved projects and initiatives, employing effective project management, change management, and reporting mechanisms to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders—including clinical teams, industry partners, and regulatory bodies—to identify new commercial opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and strengthen the organization’s market position through the Centres of Excellence.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- A Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related disciplines
- Project management training
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare Operations specifically related to managing complex projects in healthcare
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Business development and commercial acumen
