MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To identify, implement and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of networking and specific events that would assist in growing and developing the sustainability of the facility further

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  1. To implement and monitor the success of the network marketing plan
  2. To build, maintain and develop strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to grow and develop the facility/clinics sustainably
  3. To identify, manage and monitor network marketing events
  4. To support the Network Marketing Manager with market research for the purposes of business development
  5. To manage the administrative function of the role effectively and efficiently

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Diploma in Marketing or relevant area (however experience more important)

Desired: Bachelor Degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least 2-3 years in a position in marketing in a Healthcare environment/Medical Rep/Insurance

Desired: Relevant network marketing, Medical representative or sales experience is desired

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Independent doctors and physician contracts and policies
  • Knowledge of commonly used healthcare concepts and best practices
  • Budgeting and related control measures and principles
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrate strong ability to manage and facilitate relationships with stakeholders, with a specific emphasis on physicians
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
  • Understand the concepts of the physician referral function
