MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

  • To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the department
  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • Manage and organise the front desk

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Document and record management including filing and storage of documents

Diary management, including the logistical arrangements for flights and travelling

Provide general office administration duties

Collect and sort all mail and packages 

Interpersonal skills to ensure positive first impression of the company via phone or in person and whilst corresponding with the colleagues

Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they're visiting

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited institution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2-3 years' relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial function within a corporate environment

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Well developed typing skills
