MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Enable business growth and development in the field of Sports Medicine through the identification of new Sports Medicine business opportunities and related sales and marketing initiatives aimed at establishing Mediclinic as a market leader in the field of Sports Medicine and related service offerings in the UAE market
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Guide and support current and future Sport Medicine business development and growth
Support and drive the establishment of alternative and/or future service lines
Expand and grow the business through key stakeholder relationships
REQUIRED EDUCATION
A relevant bachelor’s degree
A post graduate qualification in business or commerce will be an advantage
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum: At least 3-5 years’ experience in business growth and development and sales
Desirable: At least 5-8 years’ experience in business growth and development
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Digital marketing principles
- Marketing Introduction of new ideas and concepts into business
- Marketing and sales principles
- Business development and commercial acumen
- Agile project management principles
- English language (verbal and written)
- Advanced knowledge and experience in negotiations
