MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage a team of coordinators to ensure adequate placement of competent MHR agency members at our MHR clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Lead a team of coordinators
  • Ensure an effective staff placement service is provided to our clients
  • Compile month-end reports and address deviations
  • Assist in growing the business and engaging with clients
  • Manage code of conduct

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 

  • Diploma or degree in Nursing or

  • Diploma or a degree in EMC

DESIRED EDUCATION: 

  • Diploma or a degree in Management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

  • At least 2 – 3 years as a Registered nurse or ALS in a managerial role

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in the temporary employment services industry

  • Experience in staff recruitment and selection

  • Experience in investigating and managing near-miss events

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of healthcare professions’ structure and scope of practice, e.g., nursing and emergency services
  • Code of conduct: knowledge and application in the workplace
  • Familiar with relevant legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA), and the ability to apply this in the workplace
  • Displays strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional client service skills and the ability to pursue potential clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Leadership skills
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Good computer skills, the ability to learn new systems
