MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage and oversee the business activities of the MHR region. To sustain and develop business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Manage and oversee MHR clients and panel members
- Grow business in all facets of health care
- Manage and control regional budgets
- Lead a team of people
- Manage and mitigate risks within the region
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Degree or Diploma in Business Management
DESIRED EDUCATION:
N/A
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL:
- 3 years' management experience
- Experience in the health care industry and/ or
- Experience in the Recruitment and Placement Agency environment
DESIRED:
- 2-3 years' nursing experience
- 5 years' management experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- HR processes, including Employee Relations.
- Relevant legislation within the healthcare industry.
- Risk Management principles
- Microsoft Office Suites (formatting of Word documents, basic Excel formulas, formulating presentations in PowerPoint).
- Competency based interviewing skills
- Accounting principles relating to budgeting, credits and debits
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
