MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To lead a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service which leverages human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a value-based culture
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Support business performance through strategic HR application
- Drive and govern HR Service Delivery
- Optimise talent management within the hospital
- Promote and lead employee engagement
- Lead workforce optimisation and remuneration
- Lead and manage the people in the Human Resource Department
- Enable transformation through Employment Equity management and fair HR practice
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- 3 year Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Labour Relations/Learning and Development.
