MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To evaluate and enhance clients’ and their families’ experience to improve health outcomes whilst building the brand of Mediclinic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  1. Coordinate clients’ experience using client experience data to facilitate improvement initiatives
  2. Manage client compliments & complaints to ensure service improvement
  3. Assist with marketing and communication campaign initiatives to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
  4. Assist with & coordinate events that achieve the event goal and result in a successful and well-organised experience
  5. Provide relevant office administration functions

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 

Tertiary Education

DESIRED EDUCATION:  

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human sciences (Majors in Communication, Nursing, Social Work, or Psychology)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

2 years’ experience in service-oriented and human sciences environment/operations

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:  

Experience in the healthcare and service industry

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Relevant Client Experience policies and procedures
  • Patient Journey Principles
  • Competent in the utilisation and application of all client experience-related administration and survey systems
  • Budget and cost control principles
  • Relevant computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and application of Mediclinic Marketing Strategies, Policies and Procedures
