MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To supervise and coordinate theatre pharmacy processes and systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Oversee theatre stock ordering processes and ensure optimal stock levels

Co-ordinate stock holding processes for theatre products

Oversee the stock distribution process

Manage theatre consignment stock

Supervise and develop team members

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:  4 year Nursing Diploma or Degree

DESIRED EDUCATION: None 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:  5 – 7 Years practical theatre experience;  Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Management experience

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Understanding of stock control processes and systems
  • Trouble shooting in out of stock situations
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Basic theatre techniques
  • Knowledge of theatre procedures and related stock items
