MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support the HR service delivery model as part of HR Shared Services in delivering high volume with low complexity HR-related transactional and administrative tasks to employees, line managers and the HR community through the use of self-help, ticketing, telephonic and technology resources while simultaneously supporting optimal utilisation of the talent acquisition process and systems and providing a recruitment service to HR representatives and the broader recruitment community within Mediclinic Southern Africa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Provide Tier 1 Human Resource support to AskHR clients within stipulated service level agreements
  • Provide recruitment support to the internal and external Mediclinic recruitment community
  • Optimise the service delivery of the Service Centre
  • Enable optimal career site utilisation

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

  • Matric with relevant work experience 

DESIRED EDUCATION

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (higher certificate,
  • diploma or degree) in human resources management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • 1-year work experience in an HR related role

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Background in a Human Resources services environment

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge and understanding of the General HR Policies with a focus on certain remuneration, payroll and benefits policies, processes and principles
  • Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office)
