MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To source high quality candidates and produce qualified candidate lists for active vacancies; as well as proactively build, maintain and refresh talent pools for future opportunities. This role also needs to ensure effective and efficient job requisition management focusing on exceptional candidate experience to promote Mediclinic as an employer of choice
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Provide effective requisition management and sourcing services aimed at finding the best talent in the market and providing a high-quality list of candidates
- Build and maintain talent pools proactively according to sourcing strategy/guidelines and divisional contextual requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualification eg: Apso Recruitment Certificate
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 – 3 years’ recruitment / sourcing experience in an agency / in-house sourcing environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5-years’ recruitment / sourcing experience for both locally and or international.

Recruitment experience in healthcare
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Candidate / Employee experience / Employer Branding (inclusive of EVP principles)
- Competency based interviewing
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Recruitment channels, including social media
- Recruitment metrics
- Recruitment processes (incl. advertising, sourcing, screening, assessing and evaluating, hiring processes)
- Recruitment system (ATS) and data warehousing
- Relevant legislative and statutory requirements (understanding of divisional context and requirements)
- Talent acquisition strategy, principles, systems and application
