MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To direct and coordinate internal and external technical and ICT resources to address cybersecurity risk and implement risk mitigation initiatives such as patch management, training of staff, software upgrades and capital replacement strategies to manage the associated risks. Further to the above the incumbent will be responsible to maintain all assets firmware, consult with OEM’s to identify trends in order to proactively manage assets vulnerabilities with respect to information security. Give guidance, lead and grow all aspects related to digitalisation within the greater infrastructure framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Manage Cyber-security incident response within the Infrastructure function
- Identify and mitigate Cyber-security Risk within the Infrastructure environment
- Perform Information Management related to medical and infrastructure connected devices
- Manage cyber-security operations within the Infrastructure function
- Manage and control asset list
- Manage stakeholder relations and client service within the Infrastructure Function
- Develop and implement SCADA System
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
- 3 year diploma/ degree in Electronic engineering.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- 5 years + hospital experience within Infrastructure and/or IT environment.
- Management experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3 years’ experience working with medical equipment
- 3 years’ experience working with network and interfacing of devices
- 3 years’ experience working with building management systems
- 3 years’ experience in energy efficiency systems
- 3 years’ experience managing a small team
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Business objective and strategies
- Current IT technology
- Different Medical device operations/function within a hospital
- Familiar with SCADA and BMS protocols
- Financial planning / budgeting
- Group asset management policies and procedures, including a basic knowledge of SAP Plant maintenance
- Group IT policies and procedures, in particular with regard to change and problem management
- Group IT policies and procedures, in particular with regard to network security and incident response
- IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware and software
- IT network security
- Medical / technical devices connected to the hospital IT network and the user application of the device
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Operation processing services and capabilities
- Project Management
- Risk analysis and risk prioritising
- Systems implementation
