MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To operationalise the divisional marketing strategy through the execution of integrated marketing plans, full funnel consumer campaigns, and regional support initiatives. This role ensures delivery of omnichannel brand presence, activation of sponsorships and events, and alignment of hospital-level marketing execution with corporate brand standards. The Senior Manager: Marketing also oversees logistical and administrative coordination within the marketing function to support campaign effectiveness and brand integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Omnichannel campaign execution: Plan and execute integrated, full-funnel consumer marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, CRM, and social channels. Drive measurable lead generation and brand awareness.
- Brand implementation & management: Ensure consistent application of the brand identity across internal and external marketing materials, hospital collateral, and digital assets. Maintain brand quality and adherence to guidelines
- Regional & hospital marketing support: Act as the central point of coordination for hospital-level marketing initiatives. Support regional teams with campaigns, collateral, and tools to drive local patient acquisition and brand awareness.
- Sponsorship & event activation: Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of sponsorships and health-related events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, operational excellence, and commercial impact
- Administrative and logistical marketing support: Manage day-to-day operations including vendor coordination, budget tracking, marketing calendars, internal approvals, and compliance. Ensure seamless marketing function delivery.
- Team collaboration & cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with creative studios, analytics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are insight-led and aligned with business priorities.
- People Management: Lead, develop, and inspire the team to deliver high performance, build capacity, and foster engagement aligned to organisational values.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Desired Education:
- Honours or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Communication
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Business, CRM tools, or project management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential Experience:
- 6+ years in a marketing role, with at least 3 years at a managerial level
- Hands-on experience managing omnichannel marketing campaigns (B2C)
- Proven experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Familiarity with brand implementation across digital and physical environments
