MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead complex business analysis activities across strategic EHR and digital health programmes and projects within the Enterprise Project Office portfolio. The role partners with business, clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to define needs, analyse current and future-state workflows, translate requirements into fit-for-purpose solution designs, and support successful implementation and value realisation. The incumbent ensures that requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned to business priorities, clinical and operational outcomes, project governance standards, and enterprise architecture principles.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field related to information systems, business analysis, or digital solution environments

DESIRED EDUCATION

  • Professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications that strengthen capability in business analysis, digital health, and enterprise project delivery

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8–10 years’ progressive Business Analysis experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience on large-scale or enterprise-wide initiative

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience within healthcare or highly regulated environments

  • Experience supporting complex system implementations or integrations

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Advanced requirements elicitation and management techniques
  • Business process modelling (e.g. BPMN or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capability
  • Ability to synthesise complex information into clear executive summaries
  • Experience in solution evaluation and benefit realisation tracking
  • Experience operating within structured project governance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Proven experience working across multiple business functions
  • Knowledge of EHR / clinical information systems lifecycle
  • Current-state, future-state and gap analysis
  • Requirements traceability and change control
  • Knowledge of interoperability concepts (e.g. HL7, FHIR, API-based integration)
