MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide administrative and operational support to the Reward function, ensuring accurate processing, coordination, and documentation of reward activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Provide reward administrative support.
- Assist with STI and LTI administration and documentation.
- Support salary calculations and prepare basic costings.
- Coordinate and submit salary survey data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare standard reports.
- Support reward governance processes, including filing, audit trails, and approval documentation.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, payroll, and external vendors as required.
- Respond to routine reward-related queries and escalate issues where needed.
- Provide general administrative support during peak reward cycles.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Three year Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in HR or reward administration.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good Excel and data-processing skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks.
